What is level H in reading?
At level H, your child reads independently, or on his or her own. Readers at this level encounter a variety of text types, including fantasy, folktales, and nonfiction, and they will begin to read new texts silently, which will help them think more deeply about what they read.

LEVEL D BOOKS are simple fiction or nonfiction stories with familiar themes and ideas, with some simple dialogue between characters.
