Warning: Some “Game of Thrones” book chapters have yet to be included in the HBO series, as the show has deviated from George R. R. Martin’s “Song of Ice and Fire” books. Because HBO is in the middle of several book chapters, I’ve only listed those that are finished. Kit Harington’s Jon Snow storyline has the most material left. Expect more non-book detours, and possibly some material from the next two books.
