Plot
Emily returns to her hometown to help launch a scholarship in honor of her murdered friend Michael Brooks, who was murdered along with four other children at Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza. Charlie reunites with her friends Carlton Burke, John, and Jessica to revisit the restaurant.
After Michael’s death, John tells Charlie that he remembers seeing a person dressed in a yellow Freddy Fazbear costume on the day of his death. The teenagers return to Freddy’s, only to run into the mall’s lone security guard Dave, who has kidnapped Carlton, as witnessed by Jason.

Scott Cawthon posted a teaser for an upcoming untitled novel on his website on December 11, 2015; the book was originally titled Five Nights at Freddy’s: The Untold Story and was published by Scholastic on September 27, 2016.
